Country Living

John and Alan will be demonstrating at the new Christmas show by Country Living Magazine.

At the SECC 20-23rd November, the show with bring together 200 craftspeople and artisans selling everything from traditional decorations and home accessories to unusual gifts, hand-crafted jewellery and festive food. ItÂ’s the perfect place to find inspiration for Festive entertaining, whilst picking up some unusual gifts not found on the high street. We'll also have a stand at the show and will be running a special competiton to give away tickets to the show nearer the time. Watch this space.

This month we are loving the All-clad 3 qt saucier. It's such a pleasure to use, we find an excuse to use it every day. Destined to be a best friend in the kitchen. We're also taking the guess work out of perfectly cooked food with our Thermapen digital thermometer (now available in black) and still infatuated with the heatproof pastry brush – pretty, colourful yet easy to clean and just so damn useful in the kitchen. Last, but certainly not least is the Nick Nairn Cook School cook book. If you haven't got yours yet, you're missing out. Click on a product for more info>
